Ricardo Lagos
Former Pres. - Chile
A Lawyer and Economist, he served as President of Chile between 2000–2006. He has served as a professor of Economics in School of Law and Director at the Institute of Law in Chile. He has also served as Minister of Education and Public Works in Chile.
Currently President, Club of Madrid, he was appointed special Envoy for Climate Change by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in 2007.
